Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once your package is on the way, cancellation is no longer possible—but you’re still welcome to return it once received.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, with no explanation needed. To qualify:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

• All tags must be attached

• Items must be in resellable condition

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer one-time exchanges within 14 days of delivery under the same conditions as returns.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, a $10 shipping fee applies. If you received the wrong or a defective item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
